Harley is a surrendered pet who came to Raptor Hallow Sanctuary after his previous owners could no longer care for him when moving to a smaller home. He was first taken in by Parrot Hope Rescue in Mantua, Ohio, where he received the care and attention he needed before finding his permanent home at Raptor Hallow. Now, Harley helps educate visitors about the challenges of keeping parrots as pets and the importance of providing lifelong care.
