Bald Eagle

Minco's story began when he was rescued as an eaglet after falling from his nest. He was brought to a rehab hospital, where he received care, but during his recovery, he imprinted on humans. Imprinting happens when young birds bond with humans instead of their own species, which means Minco cannot be released back into the wild. Instead, Minco joined us at Raptor Hallow Sanctuary, where he now serves as an ambassador. Fully flighted, Minco takes to the skies during our free-flight shows and participates in offsite programs to help educate and inspire others.
